Built in John Deere's world-class facility in
Dubuque, the 310SL HL backhoe is designed
for loading trucks, placing pipe, digging
trenches, moving materials, tearing up asphalt
and other jobs. It boasts a five-speed PowerShift transmission with speeds up to 25 mph.
The 310SL HL heavy-left model can deliver
up to 25 percent more backhoe-lift capacity
under normal conditions than comparable
K-Series models.

The new F2 Series Cat Backhoe Loaders
include the 416F2, 420F2 and 430F2, using
the Cat C4.4 ACERT engine, with net-horsepower ratings (SAE J1349) of 87, 93 and 108,
respectively. A new model, the 415F2, uses a
Cat C3.4B engine, rated at 68 net horsepower,
and does not require diesel exhaust fluid. All
models have a powerful implement hydraulic
system, with a load-sensing, variable-displacement piston pump..

The Vermeer MEGA VAC VXT PTO truck series
by McLaughlin is a highly productive vacuum
excavator ideal for utility and distribution
contractors. The new 6-inch, PTO-driven
series comes in three standard spoil capacities
ranging from 1,200 to 2,000 gallons. It's powered by the industry-proven OMSI Gearbox
and a ROOTS 3,200 CFM blower. A CAN
Remote Control system allows for two-way
communication.

The new McElroy Acrobat 315 is helping meet the demand for larger
polypropylene pipe fusion capability up to 12inches, while offering lowand high-force options. The compact, lightweight machine caters to
the HVAC, plumbing and mechanical industry, as well as the underground construction world, easily functioning in the smallest trenches.
A versatile machine for the polyethylene industry; Acrobat 315 can be
paired with two different hydraulic power units to meet the maximum
system pressure desired. There are also two options for carriage pressure configurations: low force, for fusing in low-drag situations or with
thinner-walled pipe; and high-force, for fusing in high-drag and vertical
applications. Both allow the operator to preset the facing, heating and
fusing pressures.
Unique to the 315 is the design of the facer which features a motor
and gear reduction which creates a lightweight, compact assembly that
is balanced for use in many orientations; it also has a trigger-released
lock to secure it in the carriage during use.
