Charred wood chips
Orange slice
Maraschino cherry
1 part Caiseal Single Malt
1/2 part Simple Syrup
5 dashes Angustora bitters

1 part Flying Dragon Spiced Rum
1 1/2 parts Orange Juice
Slice of orange

Smoke glass using charred wood
chips. Muddle orange slice and
maraschino cherry. Combine
Caiseal Single Malt, simple
syrup and Angustora bitters in a
mixing tin and stir. Top muddled
fruit with ice and strain tin into
glass. One last stir and enjoy.

In a shaker filled with ice,
combine Flying Dragon Spiced
Rum and orange juice. Shake
and pour into a cocktail glass
over ice.  Garnish with a slice of
orange.

LEMONADE

1 1/2 oz. Ironclad Small Batch
Bourbon Whiskey
3 dashes Angostura Bitters or Fee
Brothers Black Walnut Bitters
Good quality Ginger Beer
Fresh lime

1 1/2 32 oz. bottle of Lemonade
2 cups Sour Mix
1 cup Orange Juice
2-liter bottle of Lemon Lime Soda
2 jars 1st Sugar Moonshine

Build in the glass with ice. Top
with the ginger beer and a
squeeze of lime. Garnish with
a lime slice.

Twin Creek's Sweet Mash Rye 
3 oz. of Fresh Squeezed
Grapefruit Juice
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice  
2 Tbsp. Simple Syrup 
1 cup Sugar 
1 cup Water  
2 Dashes of Grapefruit bitters
(Optional)

Mix all ingredients and serve over ice. Add bitters to the top or
garnish with a lemon/lime if desired. 

Mix all ingredients together.
Chill. If serving the cocktail
batch over time - do not add
soda until the cocktails are
made to be served. Garnish with
lemon.
