Dr. Steve Dayan (moderator) is a board-certified facial plastic surgeon and clinical assistant professor at University of Illinois, and Director Denova Research. He has published
over 130 peer-reviewed articles and written 5 books including his engaging NYTimes bestselling book Subliminally Exposed. An internationally recognized keynote speaker, he is
best known for challenging the status quo and conventional wisdoms of aesthetic medicine
and philosophy.

Dr. Sebastian Cotofana is an associate professor of anatomy at the Mayo Clinic in
Rochester, MN. He received his first PhD in medical sciences in Munich/Germany and his
second PhD in anatomy in Salzburg/Austria. He has authored over 100 articles and book
chapters with major focus on facial anatomy and aging.

Dr. Kay Durairaj is an internationally recognized facial plastic surgeon and otolaryngologist practicing in Pasadena, CA. Specializing in both surgical and nonsurgical facial
rejuvenation, Dr. Kay completed her surgical training at UCLA and is a member of the
American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and American Board of
Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. Voted one of the United States' Top 100 Injectors, publications such as Allure Magazine and New Beauty have highlighted Dr. Kay's
expertise in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators such as Sculptra. Her podcast,

Dr. Lisa Grunebaum is a voluntary associate professor at the University of Miami Miller
School of Medicine in the Division of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She is a
sought after national and international expert speaker on minimally invasive approaches to
beauty. She is also an avid researcher and research consultant, serving as the principal
investigator for multiple FDA trials evaluating cosmetic devices.

Dr. Alexander Rivkin is a Yale trained aesthetic specialist and assistant clinical professor
at the David Geffen/UCLA School of Medicine. He is best known nationally for pioneering
and popularizing the nonsurgical rhinoplasty procedure. Dr. Rivkin has authored numerous
peer-reviewed publications and chapters on nonsurgical cosmetic treatments and serves as a
lead investigator on FDA and NIH clinical trials.
