NSP to hemorrhagic stroke. Fifth, is the establishment of
outpatient stroke clinics at the major acute stroke centers.
This presents another cultural change in medical care, as
outpatient stroke clinics do not yet exist in Armenia. The
goal can be achieved in the context of the NSP initiative,
which we believe can serve as a model for countries in
transition, many of which may face challenges similar to
those encountered in Armenia.
