NewsMakers RevoluSun Adds 3 RevoluSun has promoted Evan Wong and hired Roger Gumerman as project managers and has engaged Rae Saito as an independent project developer for its Oahu division. Also, Howard “Lima” Kiel was hired as project manager for its Big Island division. Wong and Gumerman will oversee residential solar projects and work with homeowners as their solar systems are designed and installed. Saito will work with Evan Wong residential customers to achieve energy independence by designing custom solar systems and finding the best financing options. Wong previously was a backer board installer at RevoluSun. He attends Hawaii Community College. Gumerman, a graduate of Kansas State University, was a NABCEPCertified designer and installer at Alternate Energy Hawaii. He also was a construction adminisRoger Gumerman trator, LEED field specialist, draftsman and project architect at Architects Hawaii, Ltd. Saito, who attended the University of Hawaii at Hilo, was a managing partner and insurance broker for Hawaii Benefits Group/Pacific Rae Saito Benefits Partners, LLC. Kiel previously worked for Oceanic Time Warner Cable. Gi Joins Kamehameha Schools Sharon Gi recently joined Kamehameha Schools’ commercial real estate division as development manager. She will focus on overall project management for large redevelopment and renovation projects in the Moiliili, Kapalama and Kahala areas. “Sharon will oversee some of the most significant development and renovation projects that Sharon Gi will transform Kamehameha’s landholdings into vibrant and thriving communities,” said Catherine Camp, area development director. Previously, Gi was an assistant project manager for the Community Redevelopment Agency of Los Angeles.
