The Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Loyola Marymount
University (LMU) invites applications for an electrical or computer engineering tenure-track position at the assistant professor level beginning fall 2011. A Ph.D. in electrical engineering or related field is required. The successful candidate will possess excellent teaching skills, the potential to develop undergraduate and graduate courses, the ability to develop a strong research program involving undergraduate and/or graduate students, and the ability to further the mission of the University.
The Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science offers Bachelors degrees in electrical engineering and computer science, and a Masters degree in electrical engineering. The department is housed in the Frank R. Seaver College of Science and Engineering with science, mathematics and other engineering departments.
