around the world. The group seeks

VillageS hOnOr Flight club
Villages Honor Flight Inc. flies veterans
to view war memorials in Washington,
D.C. This volunteer club supports the
flights by supplying guardians, greeters,
coordinators and more. Applications

the VillageS Outpatient clinic
Volunteers serve veterans in a variety
of ways at the walk-in health clinic,
which is run by the U.S. Department
of Veterans Affairs. Duties include mail
sorting, filing and checking people in.

This animal protection organization
prevents cruelty by rescuing and caring
for animals.

and their pets' quality of life through
education relating to responsible pet
ownership. Help is needed to assist
with animals and in the front office.

A network of donors, volunteers
and employees share a mission of
preventing and relieving suffering at
home and around the world. People
are needed in various capacities, such
as fundraising, disaster preparedness,
blood drives and advocacy.

A network of almost 40 churches
donate items to this Summerfield thrift
store. Money from sales helps people
in need pay for utilities, furnish homes,
provide children with birthday gifts
and more.

The CERT organization trains citizens
to provide initial assistance to their
families, neighbors and community
during medical emergencies and
disasters until professional emergency
personnel arrive.

Homes are built for people in need
thanks to this nonprofit ministry.
Volunteers work at construction
sites and in Habitat thrift stores and
administrative offices.

The Lady Lake pantry distributes
groceries once a month to families
in need. Volunteers are needed,
particularly truck drivers to pick up
food donations from local
grocery stores.

Haven provides domestic abuse
victims with alternatives to abuse or
life-threatening situations to establish
a violence-free life. Volunteers are
needed in the office and thrift store, as
well as for maintenance.
