Kirkpatrick Oil Company has named
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Cindy Kyle to lead the company
as president and CFO.
Kyle has 30 years of experience in
financial analysis, accounting and planning/forecasting in the oil and gas industry. She began her career with KerrMcGee Corp. and has held domestic
and international accounting manager
positions at both oil and gas and chemical
companies.

The Independent Petroleum Association of America has appointed Jennifer
Pett manager of public affairs and communications. She will be responsible
for media relations and digital media
communications.
Previously, Pett served as communications director and press secretary
for U.S. Representative Lamar Smith,
R-Tx. Her other roles on Capitol Hill
include communications assistant for
former congressman Tim Huelskamp,
R-Ks. She also has held media relations
roles with the Charles Koch Institute,
and Austin-based firms Phillips & Company and Noble Strategic Partners. r
API has appointed Bill Koetzle vice
president of federal affairs. Koetzle
comes to API from Chevron Corp.,
where he spent 10 years managing legislative, regulatory and political affairs,
most recently as manager of federal
government affairs. Earlier in his career,
he worked in leadership and policy development roles in the U.S. House of
Representatives, including time as deputy
Republican staff director for the Committee on Energy and Commerce, assistant to the speaker for policy, and
legislative director for Representative
Dennis Hastert, R-Il.
Debra M. Phillips joins API as vice

president of global industry services, which
is responsible for certification, setting standards, training, events, publications and
safety programs. She previously served
the American Chemistry Council as vice
president of sustainability and market outreach. During 20 years on the council's
leadership team, Phillips' accomplishments
include managing its Responsible Care®
initiative, a mandatory environmental,
health, safety and security performance
program, and initiating an outreach program
to advance science and sustainabilitybased chemical selection.

Milestone Environmental Services,
which provides waste management services,
has hired Glenna Pierpont as vice president
of human resources and Richard Leaper
as vice president of sales and marketing.
Pierpont has worked as a human resources consultant with Milestone since
2014. She previously held HR leadership
positions at Williams Gas Pipeline, Transco
Energy Co. and R360 Environmental Solutions.
Leaper has 20 years of experience in
oil and gas operations, product management,
sales management and marketing. He
began his oil field career with Baker Hughes, where he held technical, sales and
marketing roles. More recently, he directed
divisional sales for Newalta Environmental
Services across North America.

Gravity Oilfield Services Inc., a water
midstream and oil field infrastructure
services company, has named Rob Rice
chief executive officer and president.
Rice has 25 years of oil and gas experience. Most recently, he served as chief
operating officer and senior vice president
of Archrock Inc. Before that, Rice was
president of North America at Exterran
Energy Solutions LP, and held senior
leadership positions with Exterran and

Hanover Compressor. He served as a
flight test engineer with the U.S. Air
Force.

CSI Compressco LP has appointed
Roy McNiven its vice president of operations. He most recently served as vice
president of service and rentals at Nabors
Industries. Before that, McNiven spent
13 years at Tesco Corp. in management
roles until its acquisition by Nabors. r
Michael Lozano has joined the Permian Basin Petroleum Association's
staff as a communications, legislative
and regulatory specialist. Previously,
he was chief of staff for two Republican
members of the Texas House of Representatives from West Texas who served
District 81: former Representative Tryon
Lewis and current Representative Brooks
Landgraf.

Cox Oil, a privately held independent
that owns and operates assets in the Gulf
of Mexico, has appointed former U.S.
Department of Interior senior executive
Vincent DeVito to serve as executive
vice president and general counsel.
DeVito is a corporate and regulatory
attorney with experience representing
public and private energy corporations.
At DOI, he served as energy counselor
to Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke.
DeVito also has held leadership roles
at the U.S. Department of Energy and
within state energy offices.

BLADES

Danos has hired Rafe Blades as
sales manager.
Blades joins Danos with 10 years of
sales experience. Before moving into
sales, he was a coach and educator at
Vandebilt Catholic High School in
Houma, La., for 14 years. He graduated
from Nicholls State University.
