ILLUMINATE

Mike Ballas has been appointed senior vice president of sales & strategy, where he will leverage the
scientific and digital expertise of the APO Group to
position Axiom as the agency of choice for MSL
and sales force training.

Illuminate, based in Boston, has expanded the company’s West
Coast presence with the opening of a new office in San Francisco.

BOEHRINGER INGELHEIM
Boehringer Ingelheim has announced several promotions and new
roles. Angela Cetera has been promoted from a cardiovascular specialty representative to respiratory product training manager. Scott
Shonebarger has been promoted from a primary care sales representative to respiratory product training manager. Lonna McCarty
will be doing a six-month rotation from her primary care sales representative role to a product training manager.

BRODY PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
BRODY is launching a new webinar series of free, interactive webinars. The 45-minute events will have limited seating on a first-come
basis.

CMR INSTITUTE
Dan Scott, BSN, MBA, has joined CMR Institute as the director of
client development. He has served in multiple progressive sales and
training roles within the pharmaceutical sector.
CMR Institute also announced that Partha Anbil was elected to its
Board of Directors. Anbil is an associate partner in the Life Sciences
Strategy and Transformation Practice at IBM Global Business Services
and has more than two decades of management consulting experience in the life sciences industry.
CMR Institute recently launched its ACO Collaboration Resource Library, which allows members year-long access to the latest information on accountable care organizations (ACOs) and more.
CMR Institute also recently launched e-learning modules for health
insurance exchanges, population health management, strategic account management and electronic health records.

COMMAND POST TECHNOLOGIES
Jeff Kosor has accepted the position of global director of sales for Command Post Technologies, a
training solutions partner specializing in experiential transformational leadership and development
of psychological capital.

LECTORA
Lectora has released an updated version of its CourseMill learning
management system, with new features and enhancements to make
e-learning tracking, reporting and management efficient and simple.
Also, Lectora Version 11.2 e-learning software and Lectora Online
Version 1.7 online e-learning software now support the new Lectora
Express LMS. The update to Lectora Version 11.2 will also provide
support for Tin Can API 1.0.

NXLEVEL SOLUTIONS
NXLevel Solutions has named Donna Thomas as vice president of
client development. Thomas will be responsible for introducing the
company products and services to life sciences clients.

SPBT
David R. Brin has joined the SPBT Advisory Council. Brin is worldwide manager, curriculum strategy, design & governance, for
Ethicon Biosurgery, a Johnson & Johnson company. The addition
of Brin to the Advisory Council expands the input and expertise of
the device industry within SPBT.
