In the above, we track the monthly and quarterly timeseries view of weather impact (measured by Golf Playable Hours or GPH) so
our readers can see how the year is playing out at the national level. Again, if you want the 45 regional, the 61 markets or individual

The above outlines our 5th consecutive month of weather unfavorability (this is getting annoying) vs. '21 with GPH results
finishing down 4% for the month. We've already seen the preview of the July rounds from our Golf Market Research Center
(GMRC) subscribers and it looks like demand will be slightly up which would produce a replica of the June results with a Utilization
gain in the face of unfavorable weather. If you were a GMRC subscriber you'd already know them as well. Through 7 months
the GPH figure improved slightly to -8% (vs. -9% last month). If you want a look into our weather forecasting " crystal ball " for

The above graphic represents a timeseries by month of Utilization change which we're sure that by now you all know is the resultant
of Played Rounds (demand) divided by Available Rounds (capacity). We compare each month back to the static prior Year End
figure (61%) to determine if we improved or lost utilization in the current month.
June's Utilization was a nice 3 point gain which extends our positive winning streak to 4 months. The fact that demand posted
an increase against unfavorable weather is a sign of resilience for the golf operations segment of the industry and continues to defy
our early call the COVID tide receding as fast as it came in for golf. Jim's call for June as a 2-4 point increase so he basically nailed
that one (also meaning that the GMRC " preview " ended up being close to the final figures submitted by our portfolio of just under
100 facilities nationally). For July he's going to go with a bolder 5-10 pt increase call on Utilization based on his " fresh " GMRC
preview compilation. Our GMRC subscribers have already seen their July results from Golf Revenue down to Discount Rate via
