DPP provides services and information on building permits, development projects and planning activities for the City and County of Honolulu. Ken Schmidt, DPP's GIS administrator, accepted the award. "We are honored to be selected for this award and to be recognized for the City's commitment to improving service to the people of Honolulu through the use of technology," said DPP Director George Atta.
