Beware of dishonest brokers who will attempt to steal your identity and credit card information while trying to convince you they are the authorized or officially designated company to provide such services as room reservations, audio visual equipment, freight shipping and forwarding, or other show-related services. Please be extremely careful and don’t be fooled by promises of lower prices for services that probably will not be delivered. Most trade shows are experiencing these scams across every industry and are forewarning exhibitors. Only the organizations recommended by NPA or represented on the forms provided by NPA are sanctioned and trusted to solicit your business. an exhibitor service desk in the exhibit hall during installation, show, and dismantling hours.

Exhibitor Registration
Member and non-member companies will receive complimentary booth personnel badges with the rental of a booth as indicated below. These badges are for bona fide employees of exhibiting companies only. Badges entitle the holder to the exhibit floor and all general and business sessions. Complimentary exhibitor badges will be given on the following scale: 10' x 10' booth 3 badges 5 badges 7 badges
