substantially all the assets of The
Robbins Company, now known
as Robbins, with Home as its president and CEO.
The acquisition will result in a seamless transition
for several ongoing projects throughout the world,

support, and foresees a bright future.

Vermeer Enters Distribution Agreement with BRON
A new agreement has established Vermeer dealerships as the exclusive distributor for two of
BRON's tracked utility plows in the 200-horsepower (149 kW) and 300-horsepower (224 kW) class,
and the ability to sell the line of BRON utility plow attachments.
BRON is a family-owned company based in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada. The brand has
supported utility and underground infrastructure installation markets for more than 40 years
and offers reliable, heavy-duty plows and attachments that include static and vibratory plows,
trenchers, rippers, add-on plows and more.
These products complement the Vermeer utility plow lineup by providing additional options
for heavy-duty plows and attachments that are geared for some of the deeper and more extreme
installation applications.

Construction has begun on the largest and
most-complex sanitary sewer improvement
project ever undertaken by the San Antonio, Texas
Water System (SAWS). main Serving approximately
500,000 residents, this " W-6 Upper Segment " has
been called the City's " most significant capacity
constraint in the SAWS system. "
W-6 Upper Segment extends 5.5 miles, along US
Hwy 90 from just east of Leon Creek to SW Military
Drive, then southeastward to the Pearsall Road
intersection. The project will replace approximately
19,000 linear feet of deteriorating 54-inch sanitary
sewer main with 29,000 linear feet of 60-inch and
104-inch gravity sanitary sewer pipelines.
SAWS chose a product designed to last 100
years: Hobas Pipe's CCFRPM (centrifugally cast
fiberglass reinforced polymer mortar) pipe due
to its ease of installation, in addition to corrosion
resistance and long life.
The project's civil engineering firm of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. has a history of designing successful projects throughout San Antonio.

value " contractor to perform the $167.7- million
upgrade. SAK is a national industry leader in
