CONCLUSIONS AND FUTURE SCOPE
This article presents a blockchain-based architecture
for the IoT-enabled healthcare system to
provide privacy-preserving environment. The proposed
architecture generates, andmaintains medical
certificates securely, maintains transparency,
and enhances performance. The performance
evaluation of the proposed architecture is measured
based on various parameters, such as
transaction latency, throughput, processing
time, and computation time, for medical certificates.
The performance analysis of the proposed
application shows that it is more efficient than
the existing schemes. In the future, the proposed
application can be improved by solving the scalability
issue. Moreover, some features can also
be added to update the generated certificates.
