To make dreams come true for small
businesses, Bridget Kidd embraces change.
Bridgett Kidd focuses on one thing-making dreams come true. As the
Vice President of Business Services and Lending for Member One Federal
Credit Union, she is in the position to do that by helping businesses grow.
Member One started their business lending program in 2015. Working
in the credit union industry since she was 16, Kidd continues to build a
department that oversees not just business checking accounts, but credit
cards, lines of credit and business loans for auto, equipment and real estate.
"We want the business community to know that we are now a one-stop
shop," says Kidd. In order to do this, the credit union is focusing on public
awareness in 2018 by securing press coverage, ramping up their website
and offering promotions.
"I don't have to be a stay-at-home mom to be an awesome mom," she
says. "I leave work at work, and when I'm home, I am totally home."

She said that she got where she is today through self-motivation, believing
in herself, and being comfortable with change.
