Local newspaper ads, TV and radio commercials,
billboards, circulars, flyers, tabs or mailers.
ADVERTISING EXCLUDED
Trade magazines, trade newspapers, national
media, classified ads, yellow pages and internet
ads are excluded from this program.
ACCRUAL INFORMATION
You may contact the Co-op Advertising Department
at (801) 876-2711, ext. 3214 to obtain your co-op
accrual amount.
PROGRAM DATES
ACCRUAL PERIOD:
November 1, 2010 through
October 31, 2011.
ADVERTISING PERIOD:
January 1, 2011 through
December 31, 2011.
APPLICATION PERIOD:
January 1, 2011 through
March 1, 2011.
CLAIM SUBMISSION:
Must be submitted within 60 days of
when the ad(s) ran.
CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
FINAL DEADLINE:
No year-2011 claims can be
submitted after March 1, 2012.
ELIGIBILITY
Only qualified dealers selling at the retail level
are eligible. Distributors are not eligible for
co-op reimbursement.

ACCRUAL
2% of annual purchases (at net price paid).

Current line rifles and shotguns as found in the
2011 Winchester Repeating Arms catalog are
eligible. Special make-up and used guns are
excluded.
REIMBURSEMENT
100% of the cost of the Winchester rifle and shotgun
portion (percentage) of the advertisement, up to
your current accrual amount is reimbursable.

REPEATING ARMS
Whenever you purchase Winchester Repeating Arms products, you earn a 2% co-op advertising accrual on the net purchase amount.
This means that for every $10,000 worth of Winchester guns you buy, you accrue $200 that can be reimbursed to you when you
advertise Winchester Repeating Arms products in your local selling area. After the advertising runs, you simply submit a claim for
reimbursement for the cost of the Winchester Repeating Arms portion of the advertising. The claim is evaluated by us, and a credit is
issued to your account.

VERIFICATION OF ADVERTISING
Claim must include all tear sheets and other
documents proving the ad(s) ran, as well as all
invoices indicating the cost(s) of the advertising.
NOTE: For newspaper inserts, a signed
itemization of newspapers, showing net
space costs will be acceptable.
