MERTEL
Dietmar Mertel, General Manager, knows the market and is currently organizing the creation of his own trade
network in the USA. "Prior to the company's US restructuring last year, FRITSCH USA was purely and simply a
distributorship. Since then, however, it has taken decisive steps toward its customers and their needs. FRITSCH
is confident of the continued success of this process and intent on following it further. Customer satisfaction in

BUCHHOLZ
Lucia Buchholz, Administrative Assistant, is just the right person for all the FRITSCH customers who need
replacement parts. She has a bachelors of science degree from Montclair University and comes to FRITSCH
with a solid background in administration, customer service and purchasing. Lucia is fluent in German and
considers baking her No. 1 hobby, so working for FRITSCH GmbH gives her the perfect opportunity to
combine her hobby with her work.
NAGEL
Patrick Nagel, Customer Service, is the latest staff recruit on the FRITSCH USA team. Patrick brings his
experience as Special Service Technician at the main FRITSCH plant. His detailed knowledge will be an
invaluable addition to the USA team. As he puts it: "I want to ensure that we provide to our customers the
best possible service. That means supplying them with spare parts as quickly as possible, offering excellent
telephone support and making it even easier for them to work with our world class, state-of-the-art FRITSCH
equipment."
LANGLOIS
Michael Langlois, Sales, has more than 20 years in the food industry and is well prepared to offer FRITSCH
USA his thorough knowledge of plant operations. He knows and well understands the customer's need for a
single source supplier of complete lines and systems, and he has the know-how to help customers fulfill those
needs as well.
HOMITZKY
Jevon Homitzky, Project Manager, supports sales efforts. Speaking for Jevon and the rest of the FRITSCH
USA team, Mr. Langlois says, "FRITSCH provides the highest quality dough processing systems available on
the market today. At FRITSCH we work as a team to put the customer first. Our support structure, so closely
interfaced with Markt Einersheim, provides all our customers with complete and accurate information.

product development center in Kitzingen can help them expand their product range. FRITSCH has a full staff of expert bakers who
