Chester and Delaware County Physicians' Advice,
Recommendations, and Knowledge

e all have information that can help
other practices in our community.
Other practices have information
that can help us. Information diffuses
among us in incomplete and random patterns.
For example: You may have been looking for a medical biller recently.
Maybe you asked a few friends. Maybe you got enough information to
make a good decision. Or, perhaps you thought you got enough information, but after 6 months, you found your biller was failing to collect
tens of thousands of dollars. In either scenario, you spent a good deal
of time to pursue an uncertain outcome. The quality of your decisions,
taken in sum, charts the course of your practice.
On behalf of the Chester and Delaware Community
Medical Societies, we are gathering information to help us all
make better decisions. We call this effort to consolidate our
local knowledge (perhaps for a rainy day): the Chester and
Delaware County Physicians' Advice, Recommendations, and
Knowledge, or, the Local ARK.

Below is a link to a series of questions designed to prompt
you to share your knowledge of things relevant to local
medical practice. Answer as many or as few as you wish. By
default, your responses will be anonymous. If you wish, you
may tag responses with your names. We will organize the
information you provide. Feel free to suggest new questions
or provide information outside of specific questions.

Consider an alternative scenario. You may email us and ask, "I'm
looking for a medical biller. Can you help?" We would then share with
you the cumulative knowledge of your community. Instead of you having access to just a few opinions, you would have access to the opinions of
anyone who participated in our survey. The Medical Society would never
make recommendations, but we hope that information provided by your
peers informs and improves your decisions.
