SKID STEER LOADERS

John Deere
The 96.6-horsepower 332G skid
steer loader offers superior productivity, visibility and simplified service.
A refined vertical-lift loader boom
design rises higher, reaches farther
and lifts more, for easier loading.
The 332G works comfortably in tight
quarters, so operators can accomplish more with less machine. Increased rated operating capacities of up to
3,700 pounds give it the muscle needed to master heavy loads for a variety
of applications. (919) 747-8680, johndeere.com

Volvo CE
The MCT110C is equipped with a
powerful Tier 4 Final four-cylinder,
74-horsepower engine, and rated
operating capacity of 2,250 pounds.
The machine features an advanced
combustion system that cuts emissions while increasing fuel economy. Making cab access easier and safer
than its competitors, the single loader tower arm design allows operators
to enter and exit the cab through a large, wide-opening side cab door.

Caterpillar
The D Series' six skid steer loaders, with
rated operating capacity of 1,800 to 3,700
pounds, feature an electronically controlled, Tier 4 (Stage IIIB) engine. At 3.3-liter,
74-horsepower in the mid-size (236D and
242D) and large (246D and 262D) frame

models, it delivers 8 percent more torque and 6 percent more fuel economy than previous models. The largest models' 3.8-liter, 98-gross-horsepower (272D) and 110-net-horsepower (272D XHP) engine can handle the
most demanding powered work tools. (309) 675-1000, cat.com

Bobcat
The M2-Series skid-steer loaders
offer features to increase operator productivity and minimize
downtime. These include the
cab's automatic ride control
option; and new front and rear
cab isolators, door seals and side
screen dampers that help reduce vibration and noise. Providing 34 percent
more open area, the redesigned top window improves visibility. A reversing
fan option allows operators to temporarily - for several seconds - blow
dust and small debris from the radiator and rear screens. (701) 241-8700,

CASE
Rated at operating capacity of 3,400
pounds and featuring a bucket
breakout force of 9,531 pounds, the
new 90-horsepower, vertical-lift
SV340 skid steer loader is ideal for
heavy, high-power attachments. It
offers optional (38.7 gpm at 3,450
psi) and enhanced (35 gpm at 4,000
psi) high-flow auxiliary hydraulics.
Heavy-duty 14 x 17.5 tires, additional
counterweights and a long wheelbase provide a stable platform. (866) 5422736, casece.com

MINI SKID STEER LOADERS
Ditch Witch
Ditch Witch's largest mini skid
steer model, SK1550, offers a
1,558-pound rated operating capacity to lift heavier loads - more
than 50 percent higher capacity
than others in its size class.Powered by a 44-horsepower, Tier 4
Yanmar diesel engine, it directs 34.5 horsepower to the attachment, allowing it to complete tasks typically suited for traditional skid steer loaders. The
durable design provides an unbeatably smooth ride, and offers superior
maneuverability on rough terrains. (800) 654-6481, ditchwitch.com

Toro
The newest member of the Dingo compact utility loader lineup, TX 1000,
has a rated operating capacity exceeding 1,000 pounds - the strongest in
the category. When the loader arms are fully extended, the hinge pin measures an impressive 81 inches from the ground. The vertical lift loader arm

design increases the weight that can be
lifted and the reach at full height. Also
unique is the weight-to-power ratio:
2,610 pounds (narrow track) and 2,790
pounds (wide-track model).

Vermeer
The largest in the Vermeer mini skid steer
line-up, CTX100, has a tipping capacity
of 2,958 pounds and rated operating
capacity (SAE) of 1,035 pounds. Built
to help tackle those tough challenges,
such as site preparation or hauling heavy
material, the compact design can fit
through small spaces with outstanding
power. The CTX100 is also equipped with a universal mounting plate to
accommodate different Vermeer-approved attachments for varying job-site
needs. (888) 837-6357, vermeer.com
