Review websites and apps have become a big part of how

RAVE
reviews

businesses of all kinds reach people, with consumers looking to
what others have said about an establishment before giving it
their business. The review effect can have major inﬂuence over
where a person dines. Yelp recently determined the top bakeries in the country through several factors. The review website
and app identiﬁed businesses in the bakery category and then
ranked those spots using factors such as the total volume and
ratings of reviews. It included only two businesses per state for
geographic diversity.
"From ooey gooey cinnamon rolls and ﬂuffy croissants made in
a coat check closet to Italian cookies and classic cupcakes, this
roundup of the top 30 bakeries in America is certain to have
something for everyone," Yelp reported.
