Chapter 2-4 Online Branch Pre-Staging Applications continued Returning to a Transaction After the customer has successfully completed a Pre-Staged transaction he/she will be able to return to the application online. There are two ways to achieve this: • The customer can use the link provided in the confirmation e-mail that he/she received. • The customer can select “View or edit an existing transaction” from the transaction selection screen, which can be reached from the RMV web site. In order to retrieve a previously complete transaction the customer must be able to verify his/her last name, date of birth and either Social Security number or non-United States passport number.
