Chapter 2-7 Online Service Center Pre-Staging Applications continued Error Screens During the questions and answer process, a customer provides a variety of information that helps determine his/her eligibility. If the customer is not eligible for the transaction that he/she selected, the customer will be presented with an error screen that indicates why he/she is ineligible. When an error screen is reached, the customer may either click "Back" to return to the Pre-Staging application and try and resolve the problem or click "OK" to confirm that the error is correct. Review Screen After the customer completes the question and answer sections of the Pre-Staging application he/she will be able to review the information that he/she provided on the Review screen. The Review screen lists every question and every answer that the customer was asked throughout the entire Pre-Staging application. Transaction Summary Screen The Transaction Summary screen signifies that the customer has successfully completed the online Pre-Staging application and has confirmed that the information provided is correct. The Transaction Summary screen includes the customer's Transaction ID as well as a list of everything that he/she will need to bring to the Registry of Motor Vehicles to complete the transaction. Printing Your Application The customer is required to print, sign and bring his/her application to the Registry of Motor Vehicles branch. In order to print the application form, the customer must click on the "Print/Save" button on the bottom-right corner of the Transaction Summary screen.
