VENuE OF SETEC 11 CONFERENCE & TAbLETOP ExHIbITION SETEC 11 will be set-up at the Hotel Holiday Inn, Haagse Schouwweg 10, NL-2332 KG LEIDEN. (www.holiday-innleiden.com). This hotel offers an excellent infrastructures for SETEC 11 Conference and Tabletop Exhibition where up to 30 units will be proposed for renting. The Holiday Inn Leiden is a 4 star hotel easy reachable either by car (A 44 motorway) or train – and is located centrally between Amsterdam and The Hague. The hotel is equipped with rooms to match up to four persons and offers excellent sport facilities such as an indoor racket centre, inand outdoor tennis courts, and an indoor swimming pool with sauna. There is a large open-air car parking on the hotel ground. The hotel offers also a regular shuttle bus service to the Leiden NS-Rail Station – Down Town Leiden and vice-versa. For SETEC 11 attendees a large contingent reservation has been made for hotel rooms at the Holiday Inn. Attractive room/breakfast rates will be published with the Preliminary Programme. SETEC 11 TAbLETOP ExHIbITION The tabletop area of SETEC 11 will be integrated in the heart of the hotel – with direct access to the conference rooms and the hotel restaurant. Thirty tabletop units, each consisting of a table in size of 1600 x 800 mm minimum, two chairs, electricity supply plug for connecting your computer and spot-lamps for getting your exhibits correctly illuminated. The layout plan of the tabletops units to be rented will be published in May 2011 with the SETEC 11 Preliminary Programme. Renting costs tabletop remains the same as of previous SETEC: € 800.00 VAT included. Reservations will be received as from January 1st 2011 by e-mail to sebo@sampe-europe.org. The catering of all SETEC 11 attendees will be organized in the tabletop area where the daily morning and afternoon coffee break, will be served. Lunch will be served as buffet very next to the tabletop area so that exhibitors and conference attendees can enjoy more than 4 hours of communication possibilities during the two conference days. This concept should provides an excellent platform for all participants SETEC 11 to have extended and good conversations, required to define new relations with potential new customers. SETEC 11 PLANT VISIT TOuR SETEC 11 will propose to its attendees a plant visit tour which two or three difference options to visit. The companies and institutions who will be pleased to receive SETEC 11 attendees will be published in the Preliminary Programme together with the respective registration forms.
