CIRCUITS BLAST CALORIES
This is a circuit. Do only one set of each of your
usual exercises during a workout without rest
between. Repeat several times and you'll burn up
to three-hundred calories more in half an hour as

RUN FOR THE HILLS
You'll burn twenty-five to forty percent more
calories and increase your stamina by running up
hills than you would be running on flat ground.

THE DEADLIFT
The deadlift is a weight training
exercise in which a loaded barbell
is lifted off the ground, without
momentum, to hip level while
your torso remains perpendicular
to the ground. It's a standard
weight-training exercise in which
all your repetitions begin with a
dead weight. In most other lifts
there is an eccentric phase -
lowering of the weight),
followed by the concentric
phase - lifting of the weight.

can approach when
performing the deadlift,

conventional deadlift, squat,
and sumo-deadlifts.

your hips and legs as the
primary movers, it can just
as easily be considered a
back exercise.

by walking
like you're
late for a
