NewsMakers Wendy Ludwig has been promoted to vice president, tax, of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. (A&B). She joined A&B in June 2008 as director of its tax department, and will continue to report to Christopher Benjamin, senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of A&B. Ludwig will continue to oversee all tax accounting, compliance and reporting activities of A&B and its subsidiaries. Robert Martin has become the newest member of GreenPath Technologies’ residential sales division. Martin brings more than 25 years worth of commercial and high-end residential construction experience to the GreenPath Technologies team. Jodi Webb has become the new leader of GreenPath Technologies’ business development and sales division. In her new role, Webb will also be responsible for GreenPath’s nonprofit holding entity, Kumuwaiwai Kulohelohe, which channels a portion of GreenPath’s profits to educational initiatives in the Native Hawaiian community. Mark Slivka has been brought on as one of Graham Builders’ newest architects. Prior to joining Graham Builders in November 2010, Slivka served as architect and project manager for Peter Vincent Architects. Slivka now takes on the responsibility of designing new homes in conjunction with homeowners. Tina Sprague has been hired by Energy Industries as its newest solar energy specialist. Sprague has most recently held management and marketing positions at Microsoft Corp., Hawaii Energy, Sopogy and Oceanit. In her new role, Sprague will head Energy Industries’ renewable energy marketing and development in the state of Hawaii. Andres Albano Jr. has been appointed by CB Richard Ellis, Inc. as senior vice president of its government real estate advisory group. Albano most recently served as vice chair of both the University of Hawaii Board of Regents and the Research Corporation of the University of Hawaii.
