he editorial team at Baking & Snack and Baking & Snack International Edition recently took advantage of its geographic proximity
to numerous suppliers and industrial bakeries in the Kansas City
area in an excursion for knowledge. Visited were Great Western
Manufacturing Co., Cereal Ingredients Inc., Best Harvest Bakeries and
Shick USA. Our thanks go to each of these companies for opening their
doors to us and sharing their time and knowledge.
