MIGUEL TERRIZZANO, PRESIDENT
Miguel Terrizzano helped define the candidate sourcing methods at several of Silicon Valley's leading companies prior to
founding Pierpoint in 2003. He was responsible for driving global hiring for the Latin American arms of such companies as
Cisco Systems and Peoplesoft. His initial goal with Pierpoint was to create a sustainable sourcing solution, and once this goal
was achieved, the company went on to offer blended MSP/sourcing solutions, eventually evolving to offer full RPO. Originally
from Buenos Aires, Miguel grew up in the San Jose area, hence his focus on Silicon Valley companies. Miguel, along with his
family, are involved in many local Bay Area charities.
