Jihai Zhang (zhangntsc@126.com) is a Research Associate at
the National Time Service Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences
in Xi'an, Shaanxi, China. He received the M.S. degree in
2014 from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences where
he is now pursing his Ph.D. degree. His main research fields
are high precision time transfer and GNSS time difference
monitoring.
Shaowu Dong (sdong@ntsc.ac.cn) is a Professor at the National
Time Service Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences in Xi'an,
Shaanxi, China. He received the Ph.D. degree in 2007 from
University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. His main research
fields are time keeping techniques and GNSS system time.
Haibo Yuan (yuanhb@ntsc.ac.cn) is a Professor at the National
Time Service Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences in Xi'an,
Shaanxi, China. He received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from
University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2005 and 2009,
respectively. His main research fields are in high performance
time transfer and atomic time scale algorithm.
Wie Guang (guangwei@ntsc.ac.cn) is a Research Associate at
the National Time Service Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences
in Xi'an, Shaanxi, China. He received the M.S. and Ph.D.
degrees from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in
2012 and 2019, respectively. His main research field is high performance
time transfer.
Yu Zhang (yuzhang@ntsc.ac.cn) is a Research Intern in National
Time Service Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences in Xi'an,
Shaanxi, China. He received his M.Sc. degree from Northwestern
Polytechnical University in 2017. His main research interests
include timekeeping techniques and data processing.
