HUB50 iPhone application
Custom profiles can be stored, modified, reused
and shared from the
app. Configurations
for any aircraft can
be built away from
the aircraft, and then
quickly loaded to the
HUB50 while in the
hangar or on the ramp
in a matter of seconds.
According to the
company, the HUB50's
flexibility allows
easy configuration
for different mission
profiles and duplicates
for fleet aircraft.
Importantly, access to
aircraft configuration
via the app is limited to line installer/maintenance
personnel.
" While we were busy with the HUB50, we
kept up a steady stream of improvements for our
PAC45 systems, " Picou added. " One very important
improvement was the ability to connect hubs together
for dual systems: One system can support the flight
crew and the other the mission crew. Up to eight
control heads can be configured with the PAC45A. "
Shipments of the HUB50 were expected to begin in
May 2023, following FAA TSO approval. List price for
the HUB50 is $13,995.

airborne voice and data.
The communications
terminal offers 4G/
LTE cellular service and Iridium Certus broadband
satellite technology, and switches between each
datalink with least-cost routing software. SKYTRAC
said the SkyLink 7100 " enables enterprise-grade IP
connectivity along with two dedicated high-definition
voice channels. "
Iridium's Certus service brings up to 88 Kbps
of midband connectivity with global, satellitebased
coverage. In addition to its data-tracking and
autonomous capabilities, the SkyLink 7100 also offers
VoIP (voice over IP) and messaging. It seamlessly
integrates with SkyWeb and TrooTrax for flight
tracking, mission monitoring and communication. The
SkyLink 7100 features a low size, weight and power
configuration for easy integration and installation on
aircraft, plus use as a transferable portable device.
The least-cost routing software enables seamless
switching between 4G/LTE and Iridium Certus satellite
connectivity, optimizing operational flexibility and
enhancing overall data gateway performance.
The SkyLink 7100 also features numerous
configuration options, and SKYTRAC offers antennas
and accessories.
