{ FOR THE Love OF LEARNING } DOUBLE GATE DRILL I have a chalk line going through on a straight putt, but the chalk is optional. There are two tee gates - one just a little bit wider than the putter, WADE MARTIN and then another that's just a little wider than the ball. The idea is not to hit any of the tees at all - not with the putter and not with the ball. If you miss the first tees, you know you're going to make solid contact, and if the ball goes through the second tees, you know you've started the ball on your intended line. Then you can adjust for breaking putts and set it up so you're still going through the two tees. This is to get you so you're hitting the ball solid and starting on your intended line. 26 FEBRUARY 2021
